Funeral Pre Payment Plan refusing to pay. Dignity/Capital Life

My mother had been paying into a funeral pre payment plan through Capital Life until October 31st 2022 when this was taken over by Dignity Funeral Plans but her monthly payments continued. @labradoodles I am in the same boat and wondered if anyone has taken Capital to the small claims court. I went to the financial ombudsman but to no avail as it turns out Capital set up an account in the name of Dignity and kept taking money. But there is no way to contact Capital. The owners still have a finance business and probably a new home on all our money they kept!!
