    @labradoodles I am in the same boat and wondered if anyone has taken Capital to the small claims court. I went to the financial ombudsman but to no avail as it turns out Capital set up an account in the name of Dignity and kept taking money. But there is no way to contact Capital. The owners still have a finance business and probably a new home on all our money they kept!!
