Candy fridge/freezer not that cold at top?

I hope someone can help. I got a new fridge/freezer integrated and I don't know if there is something wrong with it/bad design or this is normal.

The fridge occasionally makes a really loud sound like a tractor and I think it's caused by ice on the fan, I knock it and it goes away for a bit.
The cold air comes into the fridge from a vent at the bottom and it's supposed to maybe be up the back to, but they bottom is so cold it freezes while the stuff at the top is not that cool (huge difference in temperature between the top and the bottom). I had to take the draw out at the bottom because it was making the ice at the bottom much worse causing the drain holes to freeze shut.

I have another fridge freezer and it's cold all over, same temp top and bottom. I called candy repairs about it who just kept saying if they come out and there is no fault I will have to pay £100. I mean how do I know if there is no fault 🤦‍♀️

Anyone know if this is normal or should it be the same temp all over?

We bought a Hotpoint FF many years ago and i complained that the freezer was ok but it did not keep my beer cold in the fridge compartment ,engineer came out and said it was normal but no call out charge ,found some ice somewhere ,he told me that new FF normally only have one motor and he said the cold air supplied to the fridge from the freezer compartment was like "an old mans breath" compared with older models , it also used to build up ice in the pipes and shoot it out like a gun going off ,has now been replaced with a Bosch machine ,no problems AND cold beer  :)

Ah, so it's just shoddy workmanship 😂 funnily the fridge that works is Hotpoint and I hated it and the engineer also told me there was no problem on his visit but proceeded to fix the issue by taking it apart and hitting it with his spanner 🤷‍♂️ seems like a stock response.
I would call Candy out but she said I might get charged so many times it really put me off 😆

Even though it's 2 months old I feel like just dumping it and buying a better model tbh.

    Appreciate the reply.

I would hope that an engineer attending a FF that is only 2 months old would not charge you ,not that i am asking you to do anything naughty BUT could the hinge on the fridge door not be slack and needing tightened up ( you could have tightened it but as its under warranty did not want to touch it ) also while your here Mr/Mrs engineer will you look at the fridge temp ?
