The finance company have no connection with the plan you took out with the dealer.I raised with AFS because it was them who alerted me to it when I phoned to check I was covered just for a minor service, and the recommended raising a complaint.I will try the dealership and go straight to a manager, as the guy who got me firstly tried to say I was wrong and then ignored me0 -
Go in to dealer. They can not ignore you then.Life in the slow lane0
