Low maintenance, evergreen and a good size would be great!

Myrtle would be my choice. Doesn't grow particularly tall.. Evergreen with small scented flowers. If you brush up against the foliage, another dose of scent is released. Will need regular feeding & watering, as would any shrub/tree in a pot.
Her courage will change the world.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

And, if you're so inclined, you can make liquor or cook with the berries.
I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.
  • Probably started as something like this:
Won't have been cheap!  Sadly, yours is beyond saving - but there are plenty of suitable evergreens out there.
Cupressocyparis Leylandii Castlewellan Gold Spiral 160-180cm Height 25Ltr
And for all those thinking of buying this .......

It has a hungry root system.
It will need repotting often - into a pot twice as large as the one before.
It will need far more watering than you can imagine.
It will require a sheltered position.

If you can't commit to this save your hard earned money because ... it. will. die.

Choysia is evergreen which at the moment has scented flowers. Not tried in a pot but as long as pot is decent size should be ok. Make sure it’s the regular one not Sundance which has yellow leaves as it can soon look sickly.
Focus on contribution instead of the impressiveness of consumption to see the true beauty in people.
  • Choisya prefer a sheltered and sunny area, in a pot the same criteria, to the aforementioned points, still exists.
Pots are demanding, you can't just let them fend for themself.
