I already have Club Lloyds, I tried to open a new Club Lloyds, to take advantage of this new offer they did not allow me. How did yo open a new Club Lloyds Account ?Stargunner said:Recently opened a Club Lloyds account to take advantage of the 2 monthly savers. I switched my Ulster Bank to them as I don’t use it, but didn’t expect to get the £150 switch incentive as I received £175 switch incentive from Halufax in March. The switch took place on Monday and yesterday I received the £150 switch incentive. 😂

Has anyone else come across this issue? - I completed my switch from a Monzo account to Lloyds with no issue but my mum and dad have both tried it aswell and its failed for some reason? My mums switch was accepted at sign up but she got a text the next day saying that it couldnt be completed. My dad got as far as putting in his monzo details for the switch during the lloyds sign up but then it failed saying that the account couldnt be switched. Very strange. For background although I dont know if it matters or not they are at the same address and are both recently retired.0

£150 is much less than the other banks, and with the shocking customer service I’ve reviewed from Lloyds Bank and the speed of procedures, probably still waiting in a year for the incentive to reach your account!0

My personal experience in the previous incentive the incentive get paid in less than a week qualifying for the incentive.I tried to opened the second Club Lloyds wanted to benefit from the newest offer, it did not get opened. But TBF it is not their fault, so I just moved on.Their customer services and online banking is good based on my personal experience a few times dealing with them. But that was my personal experience other people experience might be different.1

At least they offer a switch incentive, unlike some banks. I applied for an account earlier this month and everything including opening 2 regular savers and receiving the £150 switch incentive was completed within 10 days. Nothing slow with that speed of procedure and customer service is not important to me as I virtually never have to contact banks.pridehappy said:£150 is much less than the other banks, and with the shocking customer service I’ve reviewed from Lloyds Bank and the speed of procedures, probably still waiting in a year for the incentive to reach your account!1 -
