Hello, Its been suggested that we contact this foruym, My Father in Law has passed away & we are looking for his Will. He spoke to us befiore his sudden death & says he changed his will. Friends have also told us this. He changed it due to issues within the family. We have found a Draft Will & handwritten notes. But sadly the company he used seem to have gone bankrupt with no info available on phone or online. Company we think he made Will with is called. Centurion Legal Services, based in Bristol. Do you know where we may start to look , as my friend Google has failed me on this occassion. Kind Regards (Removed by Forum Team)
Note: We have searched house, tried banks, building society etc

If this was a firm of solicitors you could try the Solicitors Regulation Authority...

I such company on companies house just one of the same name based in Manchester so sounds like a fly by night will writing service.
Has any of his friends stated that they witnessed the will?
If no new will can be found then the previous will stands. If the losing beneficiaries agree to do so them his finial wishes could be achieved through a deed of variation.0
