Recently submitted a DSAR to Cadwalader in relation to Novembers data breach and received an inadequate response.
I’m unsure why they are processing my personal, sensitive data and what legal basis they rely on.

On what basis have you deemed it inadequate? What did they tell you and what did you expect to get from them?Conman12 said:Recently submitted a DSAR to Cadwalader in relation to Novembers data breach and received an inadequate response.
What sensitive data do they hold? Were you previously a client of theirs, or were they involved in a legal case that you were party to?Conman12 said:I’m unsure why they are processing my personal, sensitive data and what legal basis they rely on.
They are primarily a US company, although with offices in UK and the EU, the data bread was in the USA, where are you based?0 -
