One productive lunch break later... here's a list of things I already have or are awaiting germination.
I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.3 -

Oh man, there'd be crossings out all over if I did one with the stuff that's died or failed to germinate

Let's see how long that lasts
I just like to feel like I'm doing something productive when taking a break from lugging bags of manure so I don't have to admit to myself how unfit I amI'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.3 -
That's unbelievably organized!
I have stuff in the greenhouse...1 -
That's an interesting list! Had only vaguely heard of Stridolo (my browsing history tells me I've looked it up before), but it seems to be a Silene species, not Scolymus hispanica (common name of that seems to Spanish Oyster)... Look forward to hearing how you get on with whichever one (or maybe both!) you're growing...

I've just checked my seed packet and it's Silene Inflata (Bladder Campion). I got mine from Chiltern Seeds and only sowed it recently (not germinated as yet).
The site that brought it (and several other of the more unusual items I've gathered) to my attention was here: https://incrediblevegetables.co.uk/shop/sculpit-stridolo-small-potted-plant/I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.1 -
I've got that. The packet said it could be a sod to germinate but it obviously liked where I put it. It has become straggly though because I have no clue when to cut it back ot when to leave it or what. I did a decimate clear up earlier on this year. Pretty flowers though. Overwinters here really well, stays green altought obviously the flower heads dry up and go brown.
