3 days ago I(partner using account) looked into leaving their 15+ TV etc provider.
Needless to say I looked at other companies to see what we can get and decided to leave the provider for another provider... we as a family didn't select Virgin Media and went elsewhere. Despite looking at their website for quotes and offers they now seem to appear at random times of the day knocking on our front door.
Does anyone know if, we agree to any terms that upon visiting a providers site that they can randomly start knocking on our front door at unreasonable times. The latest visit I had just literally walked through my front door and locked it when I took my outside footwear off there through the peep hole they stand x2 field staff at my door. Are they watching me/us as my partner mentioned they popped up after returning home from collecting our child from school.
They even post leaflets through the letterbox asking us to contact them.
Field staff member is always Leon and friend. I do have a camera at my door and they seem to stand at my door for at least 1 minute.

If you've served your notice and waiting for the service to be cancelled (or it has already been cancelled), just ignore all the correspondence, don't answer the door and they will eventually get bored and wander offIt is relatively unusual to have your door knocked on though or even be followed just because you've upped sticks and left, but its not uncommon for field sale reps to have "patches" as it were which tend to rotate and you're just in that patch at this time. They should eventually push off to go and bug somebody else.0

I should have made that more clear, Leon and a colleague. Seems a tactic. Send 2 people to a door in the hope that the pressure builds up and the person at home gives in.0

Sitting down after a long day at work and had just finished my dinner, Leon is at my front door again!
I was half tempted to answer to door but to comfortable. Surely they'd have given up.0 -
