in Credit cards
Hi all, is this the normal procedure?
Family member bought a car not knwoing it had both a category N and category S history. They seem to think this was not disclosed to them at point of sale (whether or not it was isn't the issue i'm asking about as such). Anyway, as they bought it on the credit card, they went to the credit card for help.
Is it normal for the bank/credit card to issue a pending or full refund immediatley, whilst the investigation is carried out?

It depends on what help they asked for.
If a chargeback, yes, and the vendor can appeal. If s75, no.0 -
