Apcoa PCN Sevenoaks station Car Park

I am a season ticket holder at Seveonoaks station Car Park A which is operated by Apcoa.
The season ticket obviously allows only one car to be parked onsite at a time but allows the car to be changed by having multiple registrations on the account.
The problem seems to be that Apcoa's app/website does not update in real time so there have been several occaisions now where i have changed the "Active" registration at 6 or 7 in the morning, before i have parked and then returned later in the day to find a PCN on the driver's side window.
When i call Apcoa to explain that the correct car registration was "Active" for the car that was parked, that i have a screenshot of the correct registration being active and that the fault is with their system i am told that i must appeal the PCN.
This season ticket is £1890.00 per year which must be one of the most expensive station car parks in the country but this aside i really do not feel that i should have to take the time to appeal everytime i switch vehicles because Apcoa's system does not update correctly.
These PCNs are fairly recent so have not progressed beyond the increased fine stage, i have told them that i am not prepared to appeal and will, if necessary see themin court.
Any thoughts?

1. Send a complaint to the BPA using their website's complaint portal, telling them that you have no intention of appealing these erroneously issued PCNs resulting from their member's inability to sort out its equipment, and demand they intervene to get this sorted.2. Write to APCOA instructing them to cease and desist in accessing your personal data from the DVLA and issuing unlawful PCNs, otherwise you will sue each time for their continued breach of the DPA/GDPR regulations. In addition, given that they are jointly and severally liable for the actions of their agent, you will join the Train Operating Company (TOC) as joint defendant in your claims. Tell them that this could be very expensive for them both.3. Send copies of the above to the DVLA and demand they stop furnishing your details to APCOA. Failure to do this will result in a complaint to the ICO.4. Send copies of the above to the TOC, informing them that unless their agent (APCOA) ceases and desists in harassing you, they will cause the TOC to be sued by you through the courts as the vicariously liable principal.Everything in writing, Dear Sirs/Yours faithfully, no Hi/Kind regards nonsense. These are business letters, and serious ones to boot. Keep us informed of progress please. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
