Letter Before Claim - CST

Hi
I received an LBC from CST after multiple warning letters etc. Following advice on the newbies page I submitted a SAR to the parking co and advised CST that I'd done so and that I am seeking debt advice. Do I wait for them to contact me again or do I need to get back to them before the 30 days (since the SAR request) are up?
Many thanks

CST are one of the joke companies we see on here which you can read about ....CST letters' forum group thread

If you get a real court claim, come back here .... and remember that CST will have added a fake amount to their claim.
Did the LBC ask you to pay a third party like DRP, WHO ARE ONE OF THEIR DAFT MATES

Many thanks for both comments. The parking company is Smart Parking. The payee on the LBC is Debt Recovery Plus.0

If you really feel the need to do something rather than ignoring the eejits, you could write the following to (not so) Smart:This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA. As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an automatic win at POPLA. Therefore, please cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code at which point you will auto withdraw2

Will do. Out of interest, how would I tell a real court claim as it sounds like the LBC I received is another bluff?0
