Credit Club Log In Problem - Cannot Log In With Reset Password

Hello, I have tried to do a password reset to log in to my Credit Club account. I get the email link and then reset my password and it says "password reset successful". However, when I then go to log in with the new password it says "your login attempt was not successful, please try again". I have tried resetting it a couple of times now and every time the password I am typing is DEFINITELY correct yet it still says  "your login attempt was not successful, please try again". I have even tried the shortest password possible and it still doesn't work and I am 100% typing it in correctly (checked caps lock etc) it's driving me mad. Anyone else had this problem ?
