ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Thursday 4 May 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Thursday 25 May 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

· The prize is time sensitive and the winners will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of a Camp Bestival Family Ticket with Boutique Camping.

The prize includes the following:

· Two (2) Weekend Camping Adult e-tickets (18 years old and over) and two (2) Weekend Camping Child e-tickets (17 years old and under) to attend Camp Bestival, Weston Park Shropshire (TF11 8LE) from 17 August to 20 August 2023 (inclusive) (“Tickets”);

· Boutique Camping accommodation in a classic standard bell tent for the winner and their companion(s) (“Boutique Camping”); and

· Travel allowance of £50 (fifty pounds) per person made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

Boutique Camping includes inflatable air mattresses (one (1) double and two (2) singles or four (4) singles at the winner’s choice and subject to availability), duvets and pillows, bed linen, one (1) bath towel per person, a small mirror, a battery-operated lantern, a low-level table, ground sheet and carpeting.

Boutique Camping also offers hot showers, proper flushing loos, a dedicated car park near to the main campsite entrance, reception and campsite security through the weekend.

The prize provider will send the Tickets and an information pack via email within one (1) week of the event. The winner and their companion(s) will be required to have a photo ID to collect their wristband. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Boutique Camping for security deposit purposes.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Where the winner’s companion is aged between 15 and 17 years old, the companion must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30. Where the winner’s companion is aged between 10 and 14 years old, the companion must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 26.

It is the responsibility of the winner to: (i) inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize and in any event, three (3) weeks before the event; and (ii) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Please note that Boutique Camping is not accessible by wheelchair however the prize provider can organise alternative accessible camping with a bell tent if required. The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that Camp Bestival, Weston Park Shropshire, or any performance lined-up at https://shropshire.campbestival.net/line-up does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

The prize excludes transportation to and from Camp Bestival Weston Park Shropshire, meals and drinks, attractions, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than specified above).
