Amazon - very speedy return

Myself and my wife bought a Raleigh bike for our son and when it arrived there was some kind of defect which meant we couldn't get the front wheel on. We were worried as we had little time to send it back and get another one. We followed the returns instructions on the site, put in a request for the shipping company(DHL) to collect it the next day. The replacement bike was sent out immediately the following day, even before they had the other one back. We received it and it was in perfect working order. This is the first time we have ever returned anything with Amazon and we are extremely impressed, particularly considering it's such a busy period for them :T
