MSE Olivia's been at it again. She arranged a prosecco taste test for the drinkers of MSE HQ, using each supermarket's cheapest bottle.

You've obviously got cheap tastes (that's a compliment BTW)  :p but can spot the dearest  B) . Both excellent qualities for the MSE Executive team  :).

I have the Aldi prosecco but mine was far cheaper than in the test as it's often on offer for Valentine's, Easter etc. So win/win for me. 😁🍾

Worth buying it next time it is £5 per bottle.

I like Costco prosecco but that wasn't part of the test!

I find prosecco fairly rubbish.  Sparkling wine is so much nicer (although more expensive).  Cremant du Loire is delicious.  We bought 3 bottles back from a Loire winery last year, it was about 7 euros a bottle so it was superior to French supermarket variety.  Still cheaper than Cremant du Loire in UK supermarkets.  The pink, slightly sweet variety was incredible (and I don't care for sweet wines).

Aldi do a good Cremant, sometimes from the Loire, sometimes Jura. Both are excellent but Aldi's prosecco is a good, dry mse substitute.

Clearly I am being stupid... so you played two games? Which is the tastiest and which is the most expensive?

I mean I can understand the difference if you were comparing a burger and a fillet steak but struggling a little with the differential between different proseccos

Surely Cremant du Jura is not made on Jura??!
