O2 refresh contract - DRO help

Morning all,

Has anyone any experience with having an O2 refresh mobile contract where the monthly amount is split between a 'loan' for the handset and the airtime etc.?  Spoke to CA yesterday who are preparing the final paperwork now to send to the Insolvency Service and she advised that because I am on O2 refresh, they may terminate by contract with them as the handset is technically a loan?  I am up to date though paying for my phone bills, so just wondered if anyone has any experience of this where they've been disconnected once in the DRO?

Thanks.

If you continue paying your bill nothing will happen, if you don`t, it will be terminated.

02 won`t know you are in a DRO, unless you are including that debt in the DRO in which case why ? and yes it will be closed if you do.

Thank you sourcrates, makes perfect sense and is what I thought would happen, if I carried on paying as I have been doing.  It just threw me a curveball when the debt advisor at Citizens' Advice would terminate my contract.  Thanks for your help.
