It's been working for me up to this evening, but they are down now.
From their status:
Update - We have stopped customers from being able to arrange collections due to errors happening during the booking process, we are investigating and hope to have this working as soon as we can.

Couldn't book an RM collection directly through eBay yesterday either, thought it was a temporary thing, but wasn't working tonight too so thought it was something more significant.
Had to send mine through Hermes instead.• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.

Just remember don’t switch postage options if you stated something different in your listings. Thanks for the replies, managed to book one this morning and got the email confirmation so hopefully they'll turnup tomorrow!
