Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on Tuesday 25th April 2023 and closes at 23:59 on Monday 5th June 2023. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

8. Entry Instructions: During the Promotional Period:

a. Purchase a Qualifying Product in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the

Promotional Period;

b. Text JACK or JACK1 or JACK2 or JACK5 or JACK6 or JACK7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on Monday 5th June 2023; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.

Prizes:

There is 1x Tier 1 prize, 5x Tier 2 prizes and 100x Tier 3 prizes. 106 prizes in total.

a) Tier 1 prize: There is one (1) Tier 1 prize consisting of a trip for the winner and one companion (two (2) people) aged 21+ to Las Vegas, USA between 15th and 19th November 2023. Prize includes:

● Return economy flights from a UK airport to Las Vegas, USA (please note that flights will either be direct or indirect, subject to availability);

● Return private airport-accommodation transfers in Las Vegas;

● 4 x nights double occupancy/twin share 4-star accommodation in Las Vegas, including breakfast daily;

A race experience package for the race weekend (16-18 November 2023), including accommodation-experience transfers and food & beverage during the experience;

Spending money, additional meals or drinks, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, domestic transfers, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other costs are excluded.

Prize must be taken between 15th November 2023 and 19th November 2023 and is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner and their companion must depart the USA on 19th November 2023. All travel-related administration is the responsibility of the winner and guest: the winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and other travel documentation. UK Passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner and guest’s responsibility to arrange and comply with the visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promoter, Supplier and Administrator cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

Winner and guest are also responsible for making sure they adhere to any Covid-19 entry requirements into the USA. The Promoter, Supplier and Administrator cannot be held responsible for the winner and/or guest not having the correct travel documentation, test results, vaccine status or following any COVID-19 regulations.

The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Supplier in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The Supplier will book and pay for the prize as agent for the winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.

b) Tier 2 prizes: There are five (5) Tier 2 prizes each consisting of a race weekend experience from 7-9 July 2023 for two (2) (adults 21+) in Northamptonshire, UK.

This is an event access only prize; prize excludes travel, accommodation, and all other expenses. Further details including experience schedule will be shared by the Supplier with each winner upon them winning the prize.

c) Tier 3 prizes: There are one hundred (100) Tier 3 prizes, each consisting of a Jack Daniel’s and McLaren F1 Team co-branded drawstring bag, each bag contains: 1x sports cap, 1x thermal bottle, 1x polo shirt (size pre-selected by Supplier) and 1x keyholder. All items will be Jack Daniel’s and McLaren F1 Team co-branded. Tier 3 prizes will be dispatched within 28 working days of acceptance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, McLaren shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the promotion or any prize for any indirect, special on consequential loss or damage and shall not be liable for any injury or damages arising from the use of the prize(s).

Please note that Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the Prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

In the event a Tier 1 or Tier 2 winner cannot provide this information, or is not eligible in line with these Terms and Conditions, an alternative winner will be drawn.
