Mis billing of energy

  • Octopus did dispute them and said that Scottish power had agreed them. That however has not filtered down to my account which is now closed and can not be accessed . It appears that no one department in Scottish power knows what another is doing. Octopus have definitely said their dispute over the gas readings has been settled and they are using the readings that I sent to both Octopus and Scottish Power on the 31 St of March.
    They have not sent a deadlock letter and are still saying they are looking into it

    You do not need a deadlock letter. You can take your complaint to the ombudsman after eight weeks of raising it with SP.

  • Yes I know but I am still hoping they will do as they say and sort it as I can't face the hassle of taking it to the Ombudsman
