The telephone number for License Support Service is 02045251112, I got this on an email when I fell for their scam, I would advice to contact your bank and block payments, plus advise there was no mention of subscription as there was not with mine.  My bank has refunded the charges, however these companies are beginning to try and justify themselves to keep what you have already paid, so they may say they sent you an email, I had a link on mine to login, guess what "no user existed", bad scam and they make their page identical to Gov website, when updating my license I searched on the link provided on the reminder, they must have come up at this point very crafty, putting this on here to others are aware
