I fell foul of this website when applying for a replacement Licence. I realise that this is a service and I inadvertently agreed to pay, not realising that they would continue a subscription at £89 every 3 months. I have no email address or phone number for this 'company'. how can I stop my subscription?

Thanks, Ive already contacted the bank to block further payments but, as i unknowingly entered into a subscription for what is not technically illegal, I will surely owe them the subscription fee untill I can cancell the subscription. I have no email or phone number, just a notation on my bank account for Licence Assistance.

I wouldn't worry about it. Its a scam tricking you into paying for a service. I cant see them chasing you for it if you can't actually cancel it

Assuming it's the same entity, there are details on their website here:

and their Companies House details are here:

    It's not a scam.

Even Martin Lewis says it isn't a scam:

"They are not scams, they're shysters," said Martin Lewis, founder of the website Money Saving Expert.

"They're not stealing your money, they're charging you a fee for something that is completely pointless."

The only site I can find with a 3 monthly 89.00 is this one
    hxxps://driving-help.co.uk/

Deliberately set too xx in link as not recommending them but just for details.

If it is this site they do have an email address and details of how to end the service under the T's and C's section. I would do that. If is not the correct site I suggest you provide the site address so people can look for you.

Check your emails around the time this started. Especially JUNK or SPAM folders. Also a lot of these send out newsletters, again Spam & Junk folder will often hide these..

That is the way to track them down. Or going back through your internet history. If you know when it was & keep it that long.

Not in Martin Lewis's opinion though.
