How do you get cashback?
I changed electricity supplier via one of the MSE links to a comparison site (can't remember which one) earlier this year. I think I was supposed to get £10 cashback but don't recall ever getting anything. Is it supposed to appear on your bill or arrive as a cheque or what?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I'm pretty certain that mine came direct to the bank as I pay by direct debit.

Thanks td.
I pay by DD too. Do you think it was a payment into your bank from the energy supplier or from the switching company?
I remember querying at the time with the switching company, if I was registered for cashback and had an email back confirming I was registered. However I didn't follow it up and ask how it would be paid.0
