Faulty generation meter

My Solar Edge inverter always reads higher than the generation meter next to it. The difference is about 3-4% I read somewhere that in the case of Solaredge the inverter figure is the DC power from the panels, before conversion losses to AC so I assume that's the reason. Don't know if other manufacturers do the same.

After 11 years of generation my inverter reads 186kw higher then my generation meter, they are ten meters apart so down to transmission losses in the cable to gen meter I think.

Looks like I need a new gen meter, display is jumping back randomly and indicating generation when it's dark.

I open Sunny explorer, click on inverter/AC side/edit/set yield total and change generation reading.

Just taken a look at this and Sunny explorer states 7272, the inverter display is 47053 and the Generation metre display is 46893.  Looks like the Sunny explorer number bears no resemblance to the Inverters display?
Sunny Portal reads 47053 same as Inverter.

Your inverter display 47053 and generation meter 46893 are in the same % range as mine....around 1% difference.
Not sure where the 7272 comes from!
