Ok - so you've not had late payments - therefore you need to go to the CRA provider initially that is reporting these late payments and dispute them via their app or browser - have you gotten that far yet? They will then raise it with the data provider, and if it's found that the data is incorrect it should be corrected. (You do mean you are getting actual 'late payments' recorded? Not just the fact the data appears on one report slower than it does on the other?)
