    Yes.
  • And received a letter from DCB Legal acknowledging my defence and stating that they intend to proceed with the claim.

Court to send questionnaire being the next step I believe?

You were expecting that weren't you?

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.
  • Oh fully expected. I was just updating is all.
  • Been a while, but finally now been given my court date for the end of March, along with the offer of mediation, which of course won’t be doing.

Discontinuation Street approaching. Stay with the plan.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

And there we are, discontinued. Chalk another one up for DCB Legal/UK Parking Control.

15 days before the court date.

Thank you for everyone’s help, I’ll find the other post to update the tally.
Yay - yet another DCB Legal discontinuance.

WELL DONE. That's a win! Congrats!  It is over and there is nothing for you to do.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

As @Castle says, please can you show us a redacted copy of that discontinuance?   It helps to show none of this is hearsay.
