groundsure report flood risk
hi all my friend has just received searches back and one groundsure flood risk came back as moderate to high. is this a big problem?

What does their solicitor think?
It's probably as good as any other desktop assessment of flood risk. "Moderate to high" is, well, better than "high to very high". Getting buildings insurance quotations might give a more practical idea of whether there have been any claims.

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -
