Morning all, it's a bit overcast today and I have my fingers crossed that I can hang the bedding out as I decided to strip the bed this morning. I shall re-make the bed later after flinging the duster around.
I still have my animal guests but they go home tonight when DD picks up the DGC as they have both decided to come for tea after school. DGD decided she wants to come every week while DGS has football training, but it seems he doesn't want to miss a free feed at Nanny's, so has booked himself in too this week 😂 We're having toad in the hole, roasties, veg and gravy followed by a pudding. I didn't listen when they said never work with children and animals !
Snoozer happy wandering, stay safe and I hope that you can leave that cough somewhere on your travels.
Camelot Sadly I'm not going till next week 😟 Bet your little one really enjoyed her trip with nanny.
Izzy I hope that your illness hasn't returned. Take care of yourself.
TA enjoy planting your new perennials. My garden is looking very jungle like and needs a lot of attention but I don't seem to have the heart or enthusiasm to even start it.
dp1 Are you going to Butlins too ?
Take care all, stay safe and well.

Busy weekend which saw DS2 and I taking part in a sponsored 10k walk, picking up DDad from DSis's, taking DS2 back to uni plus the usual washing, food shop etc. The fun never stops!
No further news re: SIL - DH back from his weekend away and will get an update from BIL later. DDad is with us this week so we are off to the high street during my WFH lunch break to post a couple of bay of E parcels and for him to buy his paper. Not letting him out alone just yet!
Sending all good wishes to you @poppy811 - thinking of you this week x
Hope your pain subsides @IzzyBee - sounds terrible x

Nannywindow - yes I'm going to Butlins at Skegness with DD and little one next Monday. It's where I took my girls several times, usually with my mam and we always had a great time. DD has already taken little one a couple of times but it must be about 12 years since I was there.
I'm really looking forward to it and little one is just about bursting with excitement!
Poppy take care x
