• A weekend of festival fun, including live music, kid’s workshops, kids crafting tent, mud kitchen, cookery demonstrations, giant sandpit, kids disco, princess parties, masterclasses.

1.1. All competitions are operated by Events By B3 Ltd operating as the Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival.

1.2. The following terms and conditions on our website (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all the competition prizes offered.

1.3. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions set out who can enter the competition, how the competition will be run and the circumstances in which we may withhold all or part of the prize and/or disqualify you. Your entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

1.4. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the competitionat any time (and for any reason) without notice.

1.5. The competition is for the camping pitch with EHU ONLY. No tent will be provided, you must bring a tent with you.

1.6. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted and will not be eligible to win this competition.

2.DEFINITIONS

2.1. In these Terms and Conditions (except where a different interpretation is necessary in the context) the words and expressions set out below shall have the following meanings: The competition prize is as advertised.

3.ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The competition is only open to UK residents aged18and over (at the time of entry).

4.ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

4.1. You may enter the competition only once (one email address). Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4.2. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for entries which are lost or corrupted or for any entries to the Prize Draw which we do not receive as a result of any technical error, however caused. In addition, we cannot accept any liability for any difficulties experienced in submitting an entry. Proof of entry or submission will not be proof of receipt.

5.WINNER

5.1. The Winner will be selected at random from the entries submitted.

5.2. The Winner of the competition will be notified via email by the close of business on the day after the competition closed as per the terms and conditions.

5.3. If the Winner does not confirm receipt of the prize within 24hrs of being notified, an alternative winner will be drawn.

5.4. Details of the Winner’s name and entry may be disclosed by us on our website and social media platforms. By entering the competition, you expressly agree to permit such disclosure if you are the Winner.

5.5. The winner also gives consent to appear in photographic form on our social media channels and for other marketing activities.

5.6. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5.7. Any tickets offered to the Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival are valid for the day (s) stated as part of the competition.

5.8. EBB3 Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of prize during postal transit. Should any items be damaged, we cannot offer an alternative or replacement. We recommend all prizes to be collected from our office or from the festival.
