Subtitle fees not aware I have to pay £2.

Please help I have been charged £2 for subtitle fee I must have done something wrong in my listing. Who can I contact as finding it difficult to contact eBay as it is a mistake in my part. I have removed the listing and in future will pay more attention when listings. Thanks

Depending on what listing tool you are using the subtitle box is immediately below the title and states clearly that it costs an extra £2. The £2 will also show as a non returnable fee before you click to confirm the listing, in fact all upgrades show before you confirm. Until you are familiar with listing it does pay to double check fees before uploading, I do still do that all the time .

If this was a one off it might be worth phoning eBay and see if they will return it as a goodwill gesture, you can get a phone number by going though the help system using various options until a number is supplied.

Thanks eBay has refunded. Am nit sure how that happens. I will need to read the listing fees carefully again.
