Airbnb Shocking

Does anyone know where I can complain about Airbnb that doesn't involve their absolutely useless Customer Support.
They totally stressed out my partner and cost me £63 in phone calls. According to their UK support they can't transfer you to a manager, they can't transfer you to accounts, they can't give you a head office number and they are not allowed to give out the head office address. 
Do they seriously want us to believe the operate solely through their Customer Support number?
If anyone does have any idea it would be greatly appreciated.

Searches bought up a number of places called 'head office' so you may want to look and work out which seems best for you.

Most companies do only let you access that front line of support, frustratingly.
