Meeting tomorrow how do I put my case across?

Always a way if you can pay..... I should add the damages would not cover the costs of getting a positive outcome, this is poor advice and should be ignoured IMHO. 1. Decide what outcome you want - Do you actually want to stay ? If yes. 2. Consider what went wrong and how it could be avoided in future, but in all honesty I think you need out. Personally I would read the meeting as early as possible and as soon as you know it's going to be a firing I would just resign, better to resign from a toxic culture than be fired due to incompetence even if its not your fault.StevenB12 said:
Can easily go through HR..even if the message across the board is to get rid of him what ever the outcome is, they still have a process to follow if he was to complain, also third party.Bobbobbobingalong said:
Indeed, but who are you going to complain to?StevenB12 said:
Unfair dismissal is unfair dismissal whether it's one day or one month into a jobBobbobbobingalong said:
A month into the job??? I think the OP should absolutely not rely on that as a possible remedy.StevenB12 said:If they do let you go, you could go for unfair dismissal if the lack of training was a deciding factor in the mistake that may lose you your job.
There's always a way nowa0
