And what better way to get excited for sunny days than to win a bottle of one of the world's best aperitifs in anticipation! ☀️🥂 (See rules below for how to enter!)⠀

I used to think I wasn't a fan of Aperol, I found it a little bitter and pretty much wrote it off for a while. But thankfully @aperolspritzuk were kind enough to send me a PR package so that I really got to try it!⠀

I eased in with an aperol and lemonade. The lemonade gives that additional sweetness to compliment the juicy orange and slightly bitter flavour from the authentic blend of herbs they use. So lush!⠀

I then moved onto their world renowned cocktail - The Aperol Spritz! 🍹 Which I LOVE!! ⠀

To make the perfect Aperol Spritz at home, you’ll need the following ingredients:⠀

Plenty of ice⠀
Aperol⠀
Prosecco⠀
Soda⠀
An orange slice⠀
⠀
STEP 1⠀
Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice⠀
⠀
STEP 2⠀
Add 3 parts Prosecco (75ml), then 2 parts Aperol (50ml)⠀
⠀
STEP 3⠀
Add a dash of soda (25ml) and stir briefly⠀
⠀
STEP 4⠀
Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!⠀
⠀
