Manchester Fort G24 Payyourcharge !!??

I have been shopping in Manchester Fort for years. In March 2023, I received a letter from G24 stating I have parked over the 2 hours free duration, to avoid further complications, I have gone to payyourcharge and paid £60.

Today, I went to Manchester Fort again and cannot spot any sign about the 2 hours free parking notice, have I missed anything here??
Given I have paid G24, how couId I follow up with them?? any advice is welcome

@rumouri, if only you'd come here first. You are obviously somewhat confused by your own actions. Your cardinal mistake was to just pay these scammers without making any enquiry into your situation. Unfortunately, you have now been marked by these scammers as a "mug" to be targeted as "easy pickings".

For starters, what we suggest you do now, is have a thorough read of the Newbies/FAQ thread near the top of this forum where you will get an education into the way this scam industry works and how to defeat the scammers. If you have any questions, you can refer back to that thread and treat it as a reference.

Unfortunately, by paying them, you have only contributed to the coffers of these bottom-dwelling ex-clampers. There is nothing you can do about your waste of money in this instance. However, the next time you or any of your family, friends, colleagues etc. receive a speculative invoice for an alleged breach of their terms, point them to this forum and tell them to not do anything until they have read the Newbies/FAQ thread.
