ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 28 April 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Friday 19 May 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of:

· A two-day entry ticket to Bear Grylls Adventure (National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1NT) for the winner and up to four (4) companion(s) (“Tickets”);

· Hotel accommodation for one (1) night at Moxy Birmingham NEC (Birmingham B40 1NT) on a bed and breakfast basis based on five (5) people sharing either a family room or two (2) rooms (subject to availability and the age of the winner’s companion(s)) (“Hotel”); and

· £100 spending money made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

The Tickets and Hotel elements of the prize are valid for one (1) year from winner contact and are subject to availability. The prize provider will arrange for the winner and their companion(s) to take-up the prize upon receiving the winner’s preferred dates.

The Tickets include the following activities:

· High Ropes;

· Indoor Climb;

· Archery;

· Axe Throwing; and

· iFly.

The winner and their companion(s) will be required to sign a general attraction waiver as available here. In addition, the winner and/or their companion(s) will be required to sign a risk declaration as available here prior to participating in the iFly activity. Companion(s) aged 10 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and over and companion(s) aged 10 – 17 years must have a person aged 18 years and over present at check-in to sign waivers at The Bear Grylls Adventure. Please note that the winner’s companion(s) must be age 8 years and older, and where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

Height, weight or age restrictions may apply to activities or certain elements of the Bear Grylls Adventure. Certain activities may use lighting effects, strobe lighting or flashing lights. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Hotel for security deposit purposes.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes transportation (including but not limited to return rail travel, and any ground transfers), meals, drinks, attractions and personal expenses (other than those specified above), car hire, travel insurance.
