Contact number for Sky TV

Hi

I wonder if anyone has a contact number for cancelling Sky TV or knows how to do this online. I need to do this because the account holder has died. I cannot find a phone number, other than being directed to their online “shop”. I don’t think the sales team will be the right people to talk to and the virtual assistant is useless. The help guide says to call or message them but the phone number will not load. I am going round in circles. Has anyone any experience of this?

I'm sorry for your loss.  Any Sky Call Centre Number and asking for their Bereavement specialist team should get you in touch with the right people.

Whether that is any good or not I have no idea.

I used them recently following the death of my dad, they were one of the few organisations who were really helpful and easy to deal with.  They sent a cardboard box to return the sky box and remote and sorted out the final bill very promptly. 

I used this number to ring them, think it is the Bereavement no - 0344 241 0333.
