ULEZ compliance withdrawn battle

Hey everyone,
I have a little problem with ULEZ that i have been battling a while and i was looking for some advice.
Here's the story so far.
My vehicle is a 2005 Porsche 911 996 Carrera 4s.
Originally my vehicle was non-ULEZ compliant but i knew it should have been. So i obtained documents from Porsche confirming the factory emissions standards and submitted it to TFL and on November 2021 my vehicle was compliant.
Now fast forward to this year, Feb 2023. I get an email saying my vehicles ULEZ compliance was withdrawn, i look back in my emails and junk folder and it turns out i missed an email in January 2023 asking for proof of compliance. So I immediately complain to TfL via their online forms asking why my compliance was withdrawn and basically all the reasons. I did not submit any evidence but literally the next day on 02/03/23 they send me a pdf saying my vehicle was compliant again with zero explanation.
So there I thought the drama was finished. Now 2 weeks ago i received 4 letters from TFL saying i drove into a ULEZ zone without paying on various dates between 28/03/23 and up to the beginning of April. After checking online there were a total of 8 PCN's issued to me. The funny thing was i was driving the car at least 3 times a week so sometime right before 28th March they removed my vehicle from the system. I have sent an appeal and so far it has been 2 weeks.
I am basically anxious about the charges right now, there's about 8 charges of silly amounts held against me. I still haven't received a reply from TFL yet. so i want to know, if they decide to charge me for the tickets where can i take this up next? and how often do these problems happen? I have a feeling that once they approve my vehicle this may happen again.
Thank you

I have the opposite problem. My car shows it as being ULEZ compliant with a petrol engine when it fact it is a diesel. It appears that the ULEZ database does not talk the DVLA database that has the correct details for my vehicle.
When I contacted the ULEZ powers that be, they said, contact the DVLA, but the DVLA details are correct. I cannot work out how to change the ULEZ details.
Anyway, good luck with your quest.
