Help! I have three credit cards and I’m wondering is there a way to combine them to make one payment. I am unable to get a balance transfer due to poor credit and am trying to get back on track

If you can't get a BT card then your only other option really is Money Transfer card.  This will deposit money into your bank account and put a corresponding debit on the card, which you then pay off over the duration of the promotional period.  Be aware, there is usually a fee for doing this.
Don't be tempted to go for a consolidation loan - even if you're able to get one they are generally a very bad idea.  Unless you address the root cause of the debt then you can find yourself looking at twice the original debt before very long.
The best advice is to head on over to the Debt-Free Wannabe board, post up an SOA and let the good folk on that board help you out.

If you can't get a balance transfer. Then unless they are all with the same provider & they will allow you to. The answer is no.

If you are struggling. Then pop into the debt section & post a statement of affairs. You will get impartial & non judgemental advice

How can one payment help "to get back on track"?  Even if it's a minimum payment it's % of the balance and very small anyway.
What you really need is lower interest rate, not just "to combine".
