Who gets the benefit from my exported electricity Until I get my export MPAN? 312kWh to date?

Nobody, you just have to wait until you get your export tariff set up.
I had solar panels installed in July 2022 and did not get the SEG set up until November 2022 due to waiting for the installers to send me the information that was needed (MCS Certificate, copy of email from the power network).
In that time, I exported 843kWh, which I get nothing for, but that's just how it goes.
I now have a battery and SEG setup and have only exported around 200kWh from November 2022 to now.0 -

Your unclaimed energy just balances out a tiny amount of the energy consumed but not billed elsewhere.I wouldn't assume it is lost to you yet though, when my solar was installed the first export meter reading was assumed to be zero, so I got the full benefit of everything I had exported from day 1.1

Sadly my smart meter doesn’t show a value for export😱🍺 😎 Still grumpy, and No, Cloudflare I am NOT a robot 🤖BUT my responses are now out of my control they are posted via ChatGPT or the latest AI0

There may be a sequence of buttons to press in order to find it.
Just to check, you are talking about the meter and not the IHD?1 -
Your next door neighbour gets it all for free.1

Just to check, you are talking about the meter and not the IHD?Does it have 2 green buttons labelled A & B? If so, try this....Press and hold button B for about 10 seconds and then release - nothing visible happens on mine, but this bit is importantNow keep pressing and releasing button A which will cycle through a number of settings which may include an export valueIf not, when you get to the last setting (there may only be 2 or 3) press and hold button A until another setting is shownNow keep pressing and releasing button A again until you get to the export valueAt least that's how mine works, but mine is set up for E7 so may have a different configuration and/or I'm not sure if the different energy suppliers configure them differently (I'm with EDF).Worth a try.1
