Hello hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.  My son and GF became parents at the beginning of March.  His GF wasn’t able to claim maternity allowance as she hasn't paid enough NI.  My son works 40+ hours a week and moved to Scotland in February.  Apart from child benefit is there anything else they should be looking at?

no new claims for the bottom 3 so that leaves Universal Credit which will depend on the household income. It would be a joint claim and your son's income will affect any payments.
