Sorry to hear about Jake. We were all heartbroken when we lost our beagle eight years ago. She was put down at home which made a difference and buried in our garden. I still say hallo to her now when I'm mowing the lawn! On the evening of the day she went I took my two dds for some retail therapy. We must have looked a right sight with red swollen eyes! I swore I wouldn't have another one because we were all so upset but 10 months later we got another puppy! The house was too quiet without a dog. For all the heartbreak when you lose them, I just have to think of all the pleasure they give during their all too short lives. Hopefully your other pets wil help ease the pain. Thinking of you.

My hubby buried my jake in the garden...We are going to put a plant there i think so it's more of a remembrance to him...2 of my girls have teacher training today thank goodness but i havent sent my other girl as they are too upset...Thankyou so much..X

Its a nice little group here so will miss it when virgin finishes..:(But will probably bump into everyone on other comp threads though:D
