Classified as Major Business for leccy

Hi - this could be one of those that no one has come across.
We're trying to get quotes for a new electricity contract for our business and everyone we speak to is unable to quote because we are classified as a Major Business. We have a 3 phase supply to our small campsite on a half hourly meter (those metering and data charges add up too!), a maximum availability of 60kva, and I estimate annual usage in the order of 10-12,000kwh. Our existing supplier is dragging their feet on supplying us with our data (to enable us to look at peak usage) but has quoted us £7-8 per day standing charge for the 3 phase, up from 24pence!! We're hoping someone's got their wires crossed there.
Anyway, I suppose my question is a simple one. Based on our usage I believe we actually qualify as an SME as a minimum and possibly even a Micro Business - now I don't know if reclassification could even result in cheaper prices, but at the very least it would enable us to get comparative quotes! Has anyone been through the process of reclassification that can offer advice? I'm sure our existing provider don't know that we exist but it certainly FEELS like they're mucking us around until we spill over the contract renewal date.
ANY advice would be hugely appreciated. Failing that, any childish humour that briefly stops me living quite so relentlessly in the real world......
Thanks
Stuart
