I tried to log online to my Barclaycard account.
Access denied,

I have no idea why.

I telephoned and waited more than 30 minutes on hold.
I sent an e mail and got following "helpful" response>

If you can access your account online/Barclaycard app, you can contact us via the ‘Chat’ option available on the Barclays Mobile App in the ‘Contact us’ section or you could also contact us through Online Banking on the ‘Help and Support’ page.

In order to rectify any problem with Barclaycard app or online account, you must call Barclaycard Internet Team on 0800 161 5300, (++ 44 1452 828001 from abroad). The department is open: 07:00-20:00 Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 Sat-Sun. The above team will also be able to help you with your other queries (if any) related to Barclaycard.
