County Court Mediation

having submitted my defence ive been informed they wish to proceed to county court regarding my ticket for parking on private land . However they have sent a form which looks like they want to go to the small claims mediation service ? What do i do know ?

    Decide if you are prepared to go for mediation, or go to court.
