Heathrow T3 drop-off penalty, PCNs not received, demand from DRP received

Hi guys,
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please.
I work at the airport and forgot to pay the drop off. I did appeal even though I'm not RK and stated I was willing to pay the £5 but the other charge was excessive etc. They wouldn't budge so I came to the forum for advice. This is in my wifes name and I'm happy to ignore etc but she isn't the same as me.
I have ignored all the DRP letters and thought it was done as I hadn't heard from them for a few weeks but now have the pre-legal action letter come through a couple of days ago.
What should I do now? Ignore or respond? Could anyone point me in the direction of the thread please (I have searched for it already)
Thanks0 -
Please start your own thread if you want advice on your situation. It is considered quite rude if someone jumps onto the middle of someone else's conversation and tries to change the subject.
If you're not quite sure of what needs to be done and whether you have already shot yourself in both feet by revealing the drivers identity, the Newbies/FAQ thread is a good place to start.0 -
Ignore if it's APCOA. Nothing happens.njdevil15 said:Hi guys,

ThanksPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
