Email has just come through from DCB Legal stating that their client has instructed them to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file.
They have attached the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for my records.
They state that that they have filed this with the court and will proceed to close my file "accordingly".
I don't want to get too excited just yet and make sure I do everything that needs to be done before celebrating!

All you need to do is frame your copy of the N279 and then start celebrating!3

Can you show a photo (data redacted)? Just wanting evidence as some posters here have referred the Justice Committee to look at our 'record of DCB discontinuances' and we don't want it called out as hearsay.
