I’M A CELEBRITY… GET ME OUT OF HERE! SOUTH AFRICA PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! South Africa programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Monday 24 April 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 10.00am on Monday 5 June 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 8 June 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize

How to enter & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0906 878 8555 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword CELEB or WINNER to 68555; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message. Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

· Online - go to the Website to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website):

o Entry Credits: any Entry Credits won through a Winsday Prize Draw which are sitting in your itv.com/win account will be automatically used to enter this Prize Draw before any other online paid entry routes are available to you (unless you are entering via Rich Communications Services (RCS)).

o Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website.

o Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.

o Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

o Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £60,000 and British Airways holiday(s) up to £20,000.

(i) £60,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £60,000 (sixty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A British Airways holiday(s)

This element of the prize consists of single of multiple British Airways British Airways holiday(s) at the winner’s choice as advertised online at www.ba.com/holidays (“Chosen Holiday(s)”), up to a combined maximum value of £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) (“Total Travel Amount”).

Subject to availability, the winner may select their chosen destination(s) and trip duration(s), provided that the Chosen Holiday(s) are within the Total Travel Amount. The winner may include accommodation, return flights, experiences and/or car hire and such other elements as available and agreed with BA. Once the booking has been made, no changes will be permitted.

The prize also includes the following for each Chosen Holiday: (i) min 23kg baggage allowance per person; and (ii) a 24-7 support helpline throughout the winner’s trip. Where available, all flights will be issued as e-tickets. All transportation taxes, fees and charges are included. Please note that flights tickets cannot be upgraded, transferred, sold or exchanged.

The prize provider of the Chosen Holiday(s) will be able to book their Chosen Holiday(s) by contacting the prize provider of the Holiday(s) via email or phone, as explained by the prize provider of the Chosen Holiday(s).

The winner must pay for any costs above the Total Travel Amount, and if the Chosen Holiday(s) cost under the Total Travel Amount, the winner and their companion(s) (as applicable) will be awarded credit. No cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be lost if not spent by the Expiry Date (as defined below).

The Chosen Holiday(s) must be booked, taken up and concluded within two (2) years from the date the winner is contacted by BA (“Expiry Date”). There are no blackout dates however dates and accommodation are subject to availability. The Chosen Holiday(s) must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the requested travel dates (“Dates”). If the Chosen Holiday(s) are not a taken up and concluded by the Expiry Date, the Chosen Holiday(s) will be deemed forfeited.

The winner and the companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and must meet all

relevant visa and/or other entry requirements (including any health, medical or other screening requirements) to travel to their chosen destination. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the Chosen Holiday(s).

Please note that the winner may choose any number of companion(s) on their Chosen Holiday(s). If more than one (1) Chosen Holiday is selected, the winner may choose to travel with different companion(s) on each Chosen Holiday, provided that on each given Chosen Holiday, the companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. The winner and their companion(s) must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of the Holiday Voucher of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to (i) any applicable health, (ii) safety guidelines and (iii) Government’s Covid-19 related guidelines from the relevant jurisdiction. The prize excludes spending money, travel insurance and any additional expenses, including transportation to and from the airport and all incidental expenses.

The prize cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed for cash in whole or in part.
