The problem I had, as detailed below, was fixed by a simple system restore back to a known good configuration.

Hi,For some reason, I am having trouble with working with the Mobile Intel 945GM express in my Dell Inspiron 6400.
The trouble is I am no longer able to locate Intel Graphics Properties that was in the control panel. (see figs. 1 and 2 here). Also, I am unable to right-click and select 'Graphics options' from the desktop (see fig.3 here).
