Divorce application after April 22 - Is date of separation not a question anymore?

Options
I just started an application, I saved it so I could look over it later but when I went back in I couldn't view it and it asked me to pay. I was confused as to why I didn't have to put the date of separation down so wanted to double check it.  Is this correct that the date is not asked for now?

You can download the D8 form in pdf form online - as far as I can see it doesn't ask for date of separation. Just the details of the marriage. Separation date isn't relevant now really as far as I can tell.

Thank you for clarifying that. I was just surprised after saving the application  I actually couldn't access it again and could only pay & submit. Surely mistakes can happen that way?

Date of separation is no longer relevant because divorced on a period of separation is no longer an option.
Have you submitted it? If not, log back in and see whether you can see the draft at that point.
I am not sre if it is the same if you are a member of the public but n for the professional  one you have to submit, which saves all your answers, then you can review before you actually pay and formally 'file' it.
