Help please

I lost my mum a month ago, so I haven't looked at my emails (stupidly)

Ive checked now and it seems my ebay account has been hacked, and from my emials it seems someone has listed an expensive camera on my account more than once, and I've had all the emails about the funds being on hold and my account being suspended, this has all happened in the last 3 weeks.

My password has been changed (not by me) so I've tried to request a link to change my password but ebay are asking for a phone number connected to the accout- it seems my phone number has been changed to so I can't change my passwork that way.

I've tried to go through the automated chat and been given a phone number but I cant get further than an auto message stating they will text some information.

I've cahnged my Paypal password etc, and all seems okay on evtything else. I had over 3000 good feedback on my account, and I dread to think what it looks like now.

I'm stumped to know what to do, the scammer seems to have done a chat with my details as I have had a transcript of that sent to my emails, I'm really stressed and at my whits end, please can someone help me?
